Our Refresher Courses are designed for those who already hold a current GWO Basic Certification. Over three intensive days, you will review and reinforce module content and repeat all key practices. This will ensure that your skills are always at their best and that you are up to date with the latest best practices in safety and risk prevention.
We understand that everyone has unique needs, so we offer the flexibility to train you through the modules separately if you prefer.
This means you don’t have to complete the whole course again if you only need to refresh certain areas of your training.

GWO BSTR Offshore Refresher training package is to review and build on previously gained knowledge and skills from BST through theoretical and practical training. This BST-R training shall enable participants to support and care for themselves and others working in the industry by possessing the knowledge and skills of first aid, working at heights, manual handling, fire awareness, sea survival and in case of an emergency, to be able to evacuate, rescue and provide appropriate first aid to casualties. This module should be read alongside GWO’s Requirements for Training. The GWO Basic Safety Training Refresher Standard is divided into the following five modules:

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a GWO Basic Safety Training certificate, valid for two years and recognized globally in the wind energy sector.
